Elliott Hulse is a name synonymous with success, and YouTube. He created content for almost 4 years, before really making it big on YouTube. Long before he was an internet personality, he was the owner of Strength Camp Gym. His only purpose in creating video content, was to promote and sell memberships to his gym.

On a dare from a friend, Elliott turned ads on his YouTube channel, and created an income of $10,000 in his first month. From there, he pushed down the gas, and went from making a video when he felt like, to one everyday. Elliott structured his videos in question and answer format, and made it his mission to answer questions in the most creative way he could find; a true artist.

More than being just a YouTube video creator, Elliott is a true student of philosophy; putting what he reads into action. He then forwards that information to his viewers, creating true inspiration in a metaphorical verse.

Elliott is also the author of the Best-Seller, "The King," about helping others channel their inner king. Rather than just give more of the motivation for which he is famous, he wanted to give people a roadmap to really achieving their dreams.

Brad Lomenick has had an interesting journey, and many seasons in his life. Brad spent the early part of his 20's as a cowboy. He transitioned to consulting businesses, and by a twist of fate, met leadership author, John Maxwell. Brad was part of a movement of young, go getters, inspired by John, and from there went on to start Catalyst.

Brad is one of the forefront speakers on leadership, and the author of H3 Leadership: Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Always Hustle. Brad views leadership as a stool, which can never stand without developing each leadership trait necessary to really excel. He believes that identity and what season a person is currently in, are two forces that function separately; a person's self definition should not be tied to what they are doing.

H3 Leadership is the future, and Brad is at the forefront of helping you leaders truly excel.

Dr Dave White is your life coach. On the court, he's a Lead NCAA Men’s Basketball Referee. He controls the game. He makes big calls under pressure. He manages alpha coaches and competitive players. He's get it done.

He helps others, like you, to get the control, make the calls, manage the pressure, and seize the winning results they want. It's his honor to inspire the inspired. He champions champions.

The great Notre Dame Football Coach, Lou Holtz, said, “You have to have talent to win, but you can lose with talent, and that's where coaching can make the difference.” He trusts you’ve got the talent.

Are you ready for the personal and professional advantage that comes from being strengthened, bolstered, and resourced by a seasoned expert? As every great athlete has his coach, every workplace warrior would do well to have his too.

The facts are clear. Boxers throw more knockouts with an advocate in their corner. Powerlifters bench more weight with a spotter by their side. Fighter pilots win more battles with a wingman on their flank.

Patrick Crews has been a photographer for three years now. Yet, it was long before that when he started to think about life dreams and goals. He majored in psychology in college.

The Dream Nation Project initially started out as a research project. Shane was interested in the internal and external motivational factors behind pursuing goals. He did this by centering the project around one main question: "What is your life dream?" Hamilton Glass, a mural artist from Richmond, VA was the first person he interviewed and photographed for this project.

During the interview Hamilton explained to Shane exactly how he arrived at his specific life dream; the story behind it. He quickly realized that the story behind the dream is just as important, if not more important than the simple answer of "What is your life dream?"

Shane's own personal dream is that these stories and dreams He's documenting inspire the people that come across them to pursue their own dreams. Shane Currently does a daily video series called Mind Over Mornings, where he tosses out daily motivation to start the day out right.

Samuel Anderson is determined to make a difference in the lives of half a million people by being an example. Originally from Lynchburg, Va, he set out on a different path. While studying Business at Longwood University, he decided it was best to withdraw and embark on a new journey. A lifetime of building another's business was not in the cards.

Starting his career at the Boys and Girls Club, he invested nearly a decade in the mental health field as a community based counselor. All the while knowing, there was something greater. The entrepreneur spirit took shape at the age of twenty years old when he joined a network marketing team. Within months, Samuel learned more about business from his mentors than he did from the years spent in a lecture hall. While working in the mental health field he was often told, "we would love to promote you but you do not have the education." Often contemplating returning to college, and following through at times, something told him that this was not his path.

Eventually deciding that network marketing was not the vehicle he wanted to use to further develop his business acumen, he left the team after nearly five years of dedication. "I learned how to have an unrelenting passion for my goals and purpose in life. No matter how many times I was told no, nothing would stop me."

An opportunity to work as a Project Manager was finally given to him by one company. "They took a chance on me. Even though I did not have the experience, there was no doubt that I would work hard and develop the necessary skill set." During this two year period, it seemed that all of a sudden, Anderson created three separate businesses. Richmond Bubble Soccer, Cycul, and Anderson Consulting. Sooner than he expected, these businesses started to take off, and he came to a cross road.

Leave a "good" job with a regular salary, or to bet on himself and become what he had always wanted to be, an Entrepreneur. So began the journey. Now Anderson spends his days focused on his dreams and building the dreams of others. With his focus remaining on God, his family and helping others, he has developed a skill set as a public speaker and a developing author. When speaking at public events, he speaks on the topics of Entrepreneurship, Goal Setting, Passion, Social Media Branding and Leadership.

The Flip Flop CEO is the brain child of Janine Finney and Lory Muirhed. The mother-daughter team has a very unique experience in building a successful network marketing experience. Lory got out of college and went into a career, but realized she wanted so much more. She discovered network marketing, and was excited to tell everyone about it, but when telling her mother Janine about it, the response was not quite what she hoped for. Janine was very negative on the idea, since she had been approached many, many times in the past.

These two women have a goal of changing the network marketing industry and getting rid of much of the industry speak. They want to share their transformational experience with others and help to spread the freedom which they enjoy so much!

It is no longer possible—or even desirable—to learn one set of job skills and work your way up the ladder. Rather, today’s entrepreneurs and business leaders must anticipate change to create opportunities for professional success and personal satisfaction. In Disrupt You!, Jay Samit—a digital media expert who has launched, grown, and sold start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike—describes the unique method he has used to invent new products and grow established businesses throughout his career.

Samit has been at the helm of businesses in the ecommerce, digital video, social media, mobile communications, and software industries, helping to navigate them through turbulent economic times and guide them through necessary transformation so that they stay ahead of the curve and profitable. In Disrupt You!, he shows how the strategies that help companies flourish can be applied at an individual level. By challenging assumptions, pinpointing one’s unique value, and identifying weaknesses in the structure of current industries, anyone can achieve success and prosperity.

Incorporating stories from his own experience and anecdotes from other innovators and disruptive businesses—including Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, YouTube, Circ du Soleil, Odor Eaters, Iams Dog Food, Silly Putty, and many more—Samit shows how personal transformation can reap entrepreneurial and professional rewards. Disrupt You! offers clear and empowering advice for anyone looking for a big break; anyone with a big idea but no idea how to apply it; and for anyone worried about being made irrelevant in an era of technological transformation. This engaging, paradigm-shifting book demystifies the mechanics of disruption for individuals and businesses alike.

Justin Matthew spent many years in venture capital (million dollar producer 3 years).

The next move was 10 years later when he became the business manager for one of the largest YouTube channels in the world HouseHoldhacker at the time known for pranks etc. He played a major role into turning the channel into the highest respected science show on the web and negotiated multiple business deals with fortune 500 companies.

That then led to private clients in fact over 8,000 to date and even making 5 figures a month on fiverr.com. He believe Social Media for companies is EVERYTHING for years to come and my growth backs that up.

Taking my experience from corporate sales and then managing the YouTube channel and all their social media Justin realized he was 1 of very few that had business skills and social media..he formed JM Consulting which developed into managing and building Social Networks for companies.

He found great success right off the bat which has led to the founding of another company Monopolize Social Media. Where he get 10 clients a week. Then, after crushing it, Justin packed up, moved to Utah and formed iBoom Media.

iBoom is a sponsor of the Create Your Own Life podcast, causing massive growth in social media, I had to give them on a spot on the show. Instagram went from near 1,000 to almost 4,000 and Twitter from 400 to almost 2,000; the results are incredible.
