Patrick Crews has been a photographer for three years now. Yet, it was long before that when he started to think about life dreams and goals. He majored in psychology in college.

The Dream Nation Project initially started out as a research project. Shane was interested in the internal and external motivational factors behind pursuing goals. He did this by centering the project around one main question: "What is your life dream?" Hamilton Glass, a mural artist from Richmond, VA was the first person he interviewed and photographed for this project.

During the interview Hamilton explained to Shane exactly how he arrived at his specific life dream; the story behind it. He quickly realized that the story behind the dream is just as important, if not more important than the simple answer of "What is your life dream?"

Shane's own personal dream is that these stories and dreams He's documenting inspire the people that come across them to pursue their own dreams. Shane Currently does a daily video series called Mind Over Mornings, where he tosses out daily motivation to start the day out right.

Samuel Anderson is determined to make a difference in the lives of half a million people by being an example. Originally from Lynchburg, Va, he set out on a different path. While studying Business at Longwood University, he decided it was best to withdraw and embark on a new journey. A lifetime of building another's business was not in the cards.

Starting his career at the Boys and Girls Club, he invested nearly a decade in the mental health field as a community based counselor. All the while knowing, there was something greater. The entrepreneur spirit took shape at the age of twenty years old when he joined a network marketing team. Within months, Samuel learned more about business from his mentors than he did from the years spent in a lecture hall. While working in the mental health field he was often told, "we would love to promote you but you do not have the education." Often contemplating returning to college, and following through at times, something told him that this was not his path.

Eventually deciding that network marketing was not the vehicle he wanted to use to further develop his business acumen, he left the team after nearly five years of dedication. "I learned how to have an unrelenting passion for my goals and purpose in life. No matter how many times I was told no, nothing would stop me."

An opportunity to work as a Project Manager was finally given to him by one company. "They took a chance on me. Even though I did not have the experience, there was no doubt that I would work hard and develop the necessary skill set." During this two year period, it seemed that all of a sudden, Anderson created three separate businesses. Richmond Bubble Soccer, Cycul, and Anderson Consulting. Sooner than he expected, these businesses started to take off, and he came to a cross road.

Leave a "good" job with a regular salary, or to bet on himself and become what he had always wanted to be, an Entrepreneur. So began the journey. Now Anderson spends his days focused on his dreams and building the dreams of others. With his focus remaining on God, his family and helping others, he has developed a skill set as a public speaker and a developing author. When speaking at public events, he speaks on the topics of Entrepreneurship, Goal Setting, Passion, Social Media Branding and Leadership.

Through my further education in fitness and also consumption of Bulletproof Coffee, I have become more aware of how necessary fat is in our diet. The problem is that the media has led a crusade against fat, and its making us dumber. As usual, it comes down to the real motivation is money.

Derek Loudermilk was a successful professional cyclist, but retired early to start a new career. After wrapping up a master’s degree in microbiology at Montana State in May 2014, he discovered the Four Hour Work Week and set off to create a cycling coaching business to act as his muse.

Derek set off on a year-long adventure to explore the world and run his business. So far, he has been to 27 countries and all 50 US states, and lived on four continents. He values traveling slowly and really getting to know and participate in a culture.

He currently lives in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia where he surfs, does yoga, meditates, hikes, runs, reads, writes, give talks, coaches, explores, SCUBA dives, and eat lots, in addition to hosting the Art of Adventure podcast!

Jarrod Glandt left college in his 3rd year atSan Diego. He got a job selling print and online advertising and at 21 and quickly became the #2 rep in the country making $150k/yr.  His territory, and income got cut into a third and his situation quickly changed.

He left that job to go work for his father, but it wasn't quite what he was looking for. He came across a video of Grant Cardone, and decided he needed Grant, and only Grant to hire him.

After initially reaching out with no luck. he followed up everyday for about 2 months before he was invited to interview (on a Sunday). After the dust cleared, he was offered the job. It was an entry-level salesperson, receptionist, extra hand, do whatever it takes type of role. That’s when the hard work started.

He started at $2500 per month plus a small residual commission on deals he wrote. He was broke, in debt, making hardly any money, sleeping on an air mattress, and selling a brand new product nobody knew about. He learned the value of real, hard work.

That’s when it all changed. It’s funny what 6 days a week and 75-80 hours of work will do for business. Becoming a true student of the game is what really made the difference for Jarrod. This is my second go round at a podcast, but I learned a lot about how to do it correctly and I also learned I was doing it with the wrong things in mind. My real purpose should always be the audience and not just throwing out as much content as I can. Quality content is king and I needed to change my operating procedure.

So, what did I do differently? Here it goes:

Jesse Tevelow grew up in a small suburb outside of Washington DC. After surviving the public schooling system, he attended the University of Michigan, graduating four years later with a heap of debt and a flimsy certificate saying he wasn’t dumb. Life after college was painfully dull. Two years after graduation, he was bored to death, working at a consulting firm in New York City. Brandon's entrepreneurial exploits started in the creation of Entrepreneur fitness, in which he developed apps the help individuals achieve peak performance. He applies what he learned in his own self-development journey in not only his app business but also in his life-transforming coaching. He transformed his own body and mind through dedicating himself to really being the best he can be. He left Texas earlier this year, and now runs Zen Dude Fitness with his Partner, Dan Witmer, from Columbia.

Rob Cubbon was born in Kent, England. He completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of East London in Cultural Studies and afterwards started working, doing picture research, editing, writing, photography and design for various magazines and national newspapers.

He has been a graphic designer and creative director for print and web since 1995 working in publishing, marketing and advertising design studios. Rob started his own company, the imaginatively titled Rob Cubbon Ltd, in 2006 to provide design and marketing services to promote products, businesses and services.

More recently he has been creating e-books and video courses on the subjects of running a web design business, online promotion, web design and passive income.

Rob, inspired by the Four Hour Work Week, is living locationally free, as his business travels wherever he does. In This episode, Rob Cubbon comes to us from Thailand, where he has set up his internet marketing home base.

Andrea D'Agostini is an artist in the true sense of the word. He approaches marketing from the viewpoint of being the space, rather than competing in it.

Andrea is the founder of Ady Productions (2010) a company created to unite technology and communication philosophy with the purpose to create connected experiences and vision. Since 2010 he's been working for brands such as Sweet Years and Sephora for which he's created the Sephora BeauTv and other great formats.

By age 17, Andrea was the european lead role for the Olivetti AirJet campaign. At 19 he enrolled in university. In the same year he co-starred in the television series Casa Famiglia 2, then Amiche then Carabinieri 3 and many other programs and ads. Host and author for various programs for RAI Innovation and Product hosting and writing more than 300 shows exploring cross media and participative TV.

With Rising Crowd (the music label Co-Founded with James Makan in 2012) he is now working with some of the best producers and professioanls in the industry.

At 27 he was one of the youngest independent producers and in '08 he explored the concept of network, mixing online and offline as part of the same media. Then he launched the social media strategy for Sephora, Pandora, Lacoste, Sperry and consulting several other brands on vision, innovation and creativity.

Scott Voelker is a serial entrepreneur. It all started worked for his father's construction company, which the two built to over a million dollars annually. From there, Scott made the leap into photography, because freedom and security meant so much to his family. Business was great, but it turned out to be another job. From there, he went into the online space where he built courses along with some selling on Ebay; he was beginning his journey into freedom.

Scott learned about selling on Amazon, and saw it as the next best option to digital products; in the FBA model, Amazon handled most of the heavy lifting. His vision of freedom was booming much more real.

His first year in business on Amazon is more than the average American would see in ten. From there, he started the Amazing Seller podcast, in an effort to reach out to higher level seller. However, it turned out to be so much more of a teaching experience, allowing Scott to touch so many lives. Check out his story...
