About This Episode:
Goals can change quickly change. In my early 20's goals were to be and big and strong as possible. Now, in my mid-30's my body and my fitness goals have changed and I've started doing more functional training while exploring CrossFit gyms.

In this Freestyle Friday episode, how I've taken a look at my fitness goals and have started to shift.
