About This Episode:
Our interview with Jennifer Garrett on Monday ended up being a bit more controversial than expected.

The clip I grabbed from Jennifer for promo talked about the idea of managing our ego because an outburst can ruin our brand. Some saw this as being inauthentic, I counter that it's actually defining our character.

We discuss that in this Freestyle Friday Episode.
