Have you struggled as an entrepreneur? I have. I think we are a different breed, we work for a vision that not everyone understands; sometimes that can be a lonely journey. I have been a teacher, personal trainer and finally found my place in marketing. I enjoy helping people reach the level that they believe they can, because I believe they can get there. Through this blog, and my podcast, Create Your Own Life, I seek to help you build the business and the life that you dream of. Dream big. Its been my biggest flaw and biggest asset. In this podcast, I want to give you actionable things that you can do, not just more fluff, there's too much of that out there. Lance Allred, with his 5 Principles of Perseverance, is the first legally deaf player in NBA history.  Known as “The Lion,” he is a Best-Selling Author of Basketball Gods and Longshot and is an expert on Leadership, Perseverance and Grit.

Standing at 6’11, and born with 80% hearing loss within a polygamist commune before his family escaped when he was 13,  Lance has had people all of his life placing limitations on him, but he never listened: he couldn’t hear very well anyway. Kenny Sanders was born Dec 27th 1985 and raised in the small humble town of Ephraim, UT. Currently living in Los Angeles, CA.

As Kenny's passions grew, he became a person of many talents from riding BMX professionally, mentioned in magazines worldwide and being 1 of 3 in the known band Sonder Saloon as a guitar player and vocalist which have over 900,000+ plays between Spotify, Soundcloud, iTunes and YouTube. In addition to that he can also play the drums and piano.

Kenny's interests and talents don't stop there. He's also a successful businessman. In 2013 Kenny invented Notsocks, which is a sock that is designed to wrap around the shoe insole and inserted inside of the shoe keeping the foot free from wearing socks for a sockless lifestyle.

In 2014 Kenny founded the clothing company TTM Lifestyle which are hand crafted limited edition shirts with stamped faux leather pockets. As the company grew, he decided to sell the brand in September of 2015 so he could direct his focus on NotSocks, his music and BMX.

In early 2016 Kenny started a YouTube channel with Professional Figure Skater Crystalrose Guerra called CKLA. The YouTube channel took off quickly with over 1,000 subscribers and over 100,000 views and climbing in 5 months.

Eric Allred grew up outside of Chicago, Illinois, midwestern kid at heart. Went to University of Wisconsin - Madison where he didn't attend any classes the last 5 semesters (just took exams) because he hated the classroom setting. Worked in tech consulting for a year before quitting and going to help a friend build his business.

They grew it from just around $500,000 to over $3,000,000 in sales in about 18 months opening 4 locations. After a falling out he moved to Los Angeles and worked with a menswear company where he ran the #1 office in the company and was the face for national training videos for interviewing and running training seminars. That led to today where Eric is partners in a Media Holdings company that his partner and himself are building out, have an outside shot of hitting 8 figures in revenue.

Eric also took over as CEO for an e-juice and CBD oil company. They'll be touring the United States the next 4 weeks doing a pop-up along the east coast and later this fall throughout the west coast.

Tamara is an award winning filmmaker & director, who has found her niche with inspiring storytelling within video production. She is passionate about golf, storyboarding, building relationships, and directing documentary films that inspire. She’s produced for corporate clients such as Microsoft, and Starbucks. 

Tamara left the corporate world knowing she wanted to become her own boss. She built relationships with clients such as Safeway, Gabriel Cosmetics, John Lee Dumas and Cole Hatter. On the side she directed passion projects such as Artist's Encore, a web series involving artists from American Idol, X-factor and NBC's The Voice. 

Her most recent documentary film, Inspired by 11, with top entrepreneurial interviews from leaders all around the world released Feb 2016.
